Brand New Horticulture and Agriculture Skills Camps for 2023/2024

If you are thinking about returning to work from early retirement, are not currently in employment or are over 19 and at a crossroads as to what line of work you’d like to get into, these new courses might be for you.

The NEW Skills Camps will be run by Myerscough College who are looking for the next Jeremy Clerkson, Kaleb Cooper, Alan Titchmarsh, Monty Don, Martin Clunes or Kate Humble.

Horticulture and Agriculture provide a wide variety of job opportunities in the UK and worldwide. The food sector is a huge employer in the UK; in Fylde we have several growers of salad crops and vegetables, plus beef, pork, lamb and poultry farmers, not to mention farming contractors, garden centres, nurseries, and landscapers all requiring experienced and enthusiastic staff.

Many public sector organisations search for groundskeepers and gardeners, as do golf courses, football clubs, care homes, hospitals and many other organisations and businesses. Why not investigate the Skills Camps to see the doors that can be opened?
